Beacon Real Estate Services is lead by a 4th generation Colorado Native. He may work on solving complex commercial real estate problems today, but at heart, he’s still a farm boy. With deep multi-generational roots in the state, he carries the values he grew up with—work hard, be honest, and take care of people—into every client relationship.

A Career Built Across the Entire Real Estate Spectrum

In order to be a guide, we believe a deep understanding in investment, leasing, sales, property management, asset management, Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC), and land planning are required. In addition, understanding the value our partners bring in title, lending, environmental, and engineering are invaluable.

Professional Commitment

We proudly serve on the board of the Colorado Wyoming CCIM Chapter. The CCIM designation—commercial real estate’s most respected credential—requires graduate-level coursework, a comprehensive exam, and a verified portfolio of qualifying deals. As a committed CCIM, Justin brings the discipline, analytical rigor, and client-first mindset that the designation represents to this volunteer work.
